Informal Chat sessions
A chance to join a discussion with other people affected by Parkinson’s. Hosted by people affected by Parkinson’s, these sessions are informal meetings where the discusion topics can be any aspect of living with Parkinson’s.
Some sessions will be open only to family members and friends of people with Parkinson’s. Numbers at any session will be limited.

ALL SESSIONS START AT 18:30 AND RUN FOR ONE HOUR
Some groups are for anyone.
For people newly diagnosed with Parkinson's, the groups will cover topics that the group members choose to discuss, such as dealing with the diagnosis, the symptoms, how to get the best from your clinic appointments etc. You may wish to join just one session, every session, or drop in to sessions every few months.
For those diagnosed for a few years, these sessions will discuss various Self-Management topics. You may wish to join every session, or just join in when you wish.
For family members and friends of people with Parkinson's only, these sessions will offer a chance to meet other care partners and friends, and to share ideas and information. You may wish to join every session, or just join in when you want.
